We act solely as an intermediary technology service provider connecting users (patients) with independent, verified medical practitioners (doctors), hospitals, and pharmacies. The professional relationship and clinical decisions remain strictly between you and the respective healthcare provider.

3. Emergency Situations Limit

THE ZYROCARE PLATFORM AND THE SITE ARE NOT INTENDED FOR LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

If you are facing a severe medical emergency, call your local emergency services (such as 102/108 in India) or visit the nearest hospital emergency room immediately. While ZyroCare features emergency SOS coordinator tools within its mobile applications to assist network routing, standard network blockages, device status, or latency issues may affect delivery. Standard telecommunications cannot be guaranteed in acute crises.

4. Accuracy of Information & Partner Services

We make reasonable efforts to verify the registrations and credentials of onboarded doctors and partners. However, BookmyDoc Health Tech Private Limited makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, legality, reliability, or usefulness of any medical advice, diagnostic outputs, or prescriptions shared by doctors on our mobile apps.

Any pharmaceutical orders fulfilled via independent partner pharmacies are the sole responsibility of the respective licensed pharmacy. We do not manufacture or directly distribute medicines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall BookmyDoc Health Tech Private Limited, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the clinical decisions, prescriptions, omissions, or treatments delivered by healthcare providers connected through the ZyroCare ecosystem.
