Zyro Care is a healthcare technology platform operated by BOOKMYDOC HEALTHTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“BOOKMYDOC”, “Zyro Care”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Zyro Care does not control or determine the medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or healthcare decisions of Healthcare Providers.

Users can create and delete their Zyro Care accounts.
Users may initiate deletion of their account through the Delete Account option available within the Zyro Care application.

The account deletion webpage must provide a clear way for users to submit a deletion request without requiring them to reinstall or access the application.
