Users can cancel scheduled appointments directly through the ZyroCare mobile application at least **2 hours** prior to the scheduled consultation time. Cancellations made within this window will qualify for a full refund of the appointment booking fees.
Medicine deliveries coordinated via local partner pharmacies are subject to the following rules:
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) automatically.
Please note that financial gateways and banking networks usually take **5 to 7 business days** to settle the refunded amount back into your account.
