Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Booking Cancellation

At ZyroCare, we aim to ensure a hassle-free and reliable booking experience for virtual teleconsultations and physical clinic slots.

Users can cancel scheduled appointments directly through the ZyroCare mobile application at least **2 hours** prior to the scheduled consultation time. Cancellations made within this window will qualify for a full refund of the appointment booking fees.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Late Cancellation: If an appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time slot, a cancellation fee up to 50% of the consultation charge may be deducted, depending on the individual provider's clinic policy.
• Patient No-Show: If the patient fails to log into the teleconsultation room or arrive at the physical clinic within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be marked as a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued.
• Doctor No-Show: If the practitioner cancels the appointment or fails to join/attend within 15 minutes of the slot, the user will be entitled to a 100% refund, or they may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Pharmacy Order Cancellation

Medicine deliveries coordinated via local partner pharmacies are subject to the following rules:

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel pharmaceutical orders within the app for a full refund at any time prior to the order status transitioning to “Dispatched”.
• After Dispatch: Once the package leaves the licensed partner pharmacy location, order cancellations or returns are not permitted, except in cases where wrong medicines, damaged goods, or expired packages were delivered.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) automatically.

Please note that financial gateways and banking networks usually take **5 to 7 business days** to settle the refunded amount back into your account.
